Q1. How can I check the vehicle's condition?
 
All our stock has been inspected by professional mechanics, and the condition of each vehicle can be checked from the Vehicle Information Sheet online. Please click "Explanation of Vehicle Information Sheet" to see how to read the page. Our vehicle's condition is graded as below;
 
Grades Explanation
6 New, or in new condition
No scratches or dents
5 Excellent
Some slight scratches or very small dents
4 Very good
Some small scratches or small dents, interior may require some cleaning. Engine is fine.
3 Good
Some scratches and dents, interior may require cleaning.
Engine may require some touch (e.g. oil change, check plugs, check battery etc.)
2 Rough
Some unsightly scratches and dents, interior may require full cleaning.
Engine will require tune-up or repairs.
1 Damaged
Accident damaged condition and repairs needed to the exterior, and maybe engine/interior.

Q4 Do you accept local currency?
 
We require the payment to be received in U.S. dollars and Japanese Yen only. Please visit your bank and consult about international transfer. In your bank you can have your local currency be exchanged into Japanese yen or US dollars and have them remitted to us.
Q5 How long does shipment take?
  Please feel free to contact us regarding shipping schedule most fitted to your needs.
Q6 How will I be informed about the shipment schedule?
  Shipping will be arranged by Fairline Co., Ltd. Departure and arrival date of your shipment will be sent via email from our logistics department. In some cases, Fairline will contact you to obtain further information before shipment. Or you can have us handle everything. We will inform you about shipment details once the vehicle is confirmed for shipping and schedule is arranged. Please keep in mind the arrival date to confirm with the local shipping agent in case the arrival date has been changed.
We strongly recommend you to contact your local clearing agent or shipping agent to confirm the arrival date before you collect your vehicle.
Storage at customs warehouses are quite expensive once free time is over. Generally free time is 5 business days. But it depends on what port or CFS it is. Therefore please contact your local clearing agent for this information as well.
Q7 What documents do I need to receive the car?
 
The documents below will be required:
• Customs Invoice
• Bill of Lading
Other documents may be required depending on your country's regulation.
Please contact your local clearing agent for details of necessary documents.
Q8 Can I buy left hand drive cars?;
  Yes. Not only from Japan, but we can offer them from the Unites States and Mongolia.
Q9 Can I order spare parts?
  Yes. We have offerings of parts from disassembling shops and dealer genuine parts.
