- Purchase procedure
Car purchase proceeds after deposit is confirmed in our bank account. Deposit value is 50% of car auction cost budget. After car is purchased Buyer sends remaining balance within 5 working days.
*Deposit value and remaining balance payment is a subject to negotiation.

- Car condition
Car purchase proceeds based on Buyer's specifications stated in inquiry form or request. It is in Buyer's interest to state all necessary specifications that they prefer.
Fairline Inc. will file a claim on behalf of the Buyer should there be observed any significant mistakes or misstatements from Auction house regarding car condition.

- Car Inspection
Where available Fairline Inc. shall arrange inspection of the car concerned before bidding time. Any fee shall be passed to the Buyer, if applicable.

- Purchase cancellation
Bidding cancel is accepted by email/fax. If cancelling takes place on the day of bidding, phone contact is required. Once the car is purchased, no cancellation is accepted, unless there is negligence on part of Auction house or Fairline Inc. Buyer will be liable for all costs and expenses related to cancellation or resale of merchandise, if no negligence is observed on Auction house or Fairline Inc. Fairline Inc. will charge JPY10,000 for related service.

- Purchase at negotiation
At Buyer's request Fairline Inc. shall negotiate unsold cars with Auction house. No additional fees are charged for negotiation service other than Auction house value-added fee.

- Fairline Inc.
has the right to re-sell the Buye's car and cover it's expenses, if payment terms are not fulfilled as arranged.

- Transportation
Transportation is done either by Ro/Ro or containers. Generally insurance in Ro/Ro shipment covers only full loss of merchandise when ship sinks due to natural disasters or man-made mistakes. In terms of containerized shipping, there are 2 types of insurance coverage, where.
1. Transport company,
2. Vanning company
covers the damages caused to merchandise. Contact us for details.

- Any disputes
shall first be attempted to be settled through good will. In the event both parties do not come to common sense, any disputes shall be settled in accordance with the legislation of Japan. Both parties agree that the court of law which has jurisdiction over the location of Fairline Inc. head office will be the primary court of law.
